The following grief counseling and support groups are available in our region. These organizations offer help to people who have experienced loss through death. Your funeral director can offer additional information at your request.
St. John the Evangelist Bereavement Ministry

This program is helpful to anyone that is experiencing or having difficulties dealing with the loss of a loved one. It does not matter when the loss occurred. Archdiocese of Newark Family Ministries
Approximately 60 support groups are available throughout the Archdiocese of Newark to help people cope with the death of a loved one. For information, call the Office of Family Life Ministries at (973) 497-4327.
Where can I go for help after the death of a child?

What kind of training do I need to facilitate a support group?
