Howard and l met almost 24 years ago in flight attendant training. He added his sincerity and humor to our class. Having previously been employed with Continental Airlines, he also brought his experience to the group of flight attendant candidates. Because of his background in technology, he was able to show me shortcuts in using my first iPhone that are still relevant. Through the years, it was always a pleasure to fly with Howard and to share a laugh on the employee bus. During chats at those times, he would often talk about his pride and love for his family. I offer my condolences and sympathy to his loved ones. Please take comfort in knowing that Howard will be remembered fondly.
