Rest in Peace, Al. I worked for you at my first job after high school, as a stock clerk in the stock pool at Macy's in Herald Square. You used to refer to all of us as your sweat hogs, like in the show that was popular around that time, "Welcome Back Kotter". I have wonderful memories of those time, over 40 years ago and remember you as a wonderful boss. I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to meet you again.

Al was a great guy..We met when he had a rental listing I brought my client..we talked about joining his brokerage firm. I eventually did when I parted ways with Century 21. With Al he was more than a broker he was a friend ..we often talked bout life..family. Al called me recently to say he was sick & thanked me for my friendship he told me I was a great person and it was a pleasure to work with & know me. He was concerned bout well being of his wife. It sounded so final and I said "Al don't give up so fast" .... but he seemed in a hurry to get things in order. . I'm devastated to hear such sad news so suddenly. When last we spoke I said "Al we'll talk again" we never did .... to his wife and family I send my deepest sympathies. Georgette

I had a hard time a couple of years ago driving to a drs. appt. to find out results. I was so nervous. My Aunt Janet wasn't home so Al talked to me the whole time. It really helped. Lisa
