AMANDA PAIGE AUJERO 19, of Ridgewood NJ passed away suddenly on November 7, 2018. She was surrounded by her family and friends. Born in Hackensack, NJ, the beloved daughter of Rommel and Laura Chamberlain-Aujero and adored sister of Jessica. She was a graduate of Ridgewood High School and an honors student. She was attending Stockton University majoring in Criminal Justice achieving Dean’s list for every semester she was there. Her dream was to help troubled teens and sought to serve the community as a police officer/civil servant. She is survived by her grandparents Carl and Carole Chamberlain-Berman and Alberto and Elisa Aujero. Her aunts and uncles, Alberto and Melissa, Rob and Gina, Allan and Judith, Scott and Kim, Dennis and Melody, Mardi and Howard, cousins Brooke and Jaclyn, Alex and Max, Ashley and Danielle, Deion and Dustin and Sophia. Countless extended family and friends will also miss her. Amanda lit up any room she came into. An amazingly generous young woman, she gave so much of herself to others even while dealing with her own struggles. She always made sure others were comfortable and happy and so often willing to help when others needed it. She never hesitated to reach out to help and always put others’ needs before hers. Truly the most thoughtful and caring person we know. We will all miss her deeply. Visiting at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 S Washington Ave., Bergenfield, NJ on Sunday November 11, 2018 from 4-8pm.
