Angela "Sally" Frazier

Angela “Sally” Frazier (née King) passed away on March 18, 2026 at the age of 87.

Born in New York City, Sally was raised in Washington Heights and was a proud graduate of Cathedral High School. She made her home in Bergenfield, NJ for more than fifty years before spending her final years in Teaneck.

Sally devoted her career to the healthcare field and retired from Englewood Hospital as a medical secretary. She was a longtime parishioner of St. John the Evangelist’s R.C. Church in Bergenfield, where she served faithfully as a catechist for many years. She was known in life as an avid reader, an animated storyteller, a lover of classical music, and a patron of live theater. She dedicated much of her free time to documenting her immediate and extended family’s Irish heritage and immigration history, which she proudly shared with anyone who would listen.

Sally is preceded in death by her parents, Hugh and Angela King (née Mahoney); her sister, Mary Howard (née King); and her beloved husband, Howard Frazier. She is survived by her three children - Thomas, Andrew, and Anne Kukoda; and her cherished grandchildren - James, Dylan, Sydney, and Nicholas, and many cherished relatives in the U.S., Ireland and the UK.

She has been, and will always be, deeply loved.

A viewing will be held at Riewert’s Memorial Home, 187 S. Washington Ave., Bergenfield, NJ on Thursday, March 26th from 4-8 pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. John the Evangelist’s R.C. Church in Bergenfield on Friday, March 27th at 10 am, followed by internment at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.

In lieu of flowers, her family kindly requests that donations be made in her memory to either the IHM Sisters of Camilla Hall or the American Cancer Society.
