Arlene M. Rizzo

Arlene M. Rizzo (nee Falk) of Bergenfield was 76 years old when she passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2024 following a 7-year fight with cancer.   

Arlene was born on August 31, 1948.  She was known for her love of the beach, traveling to destinations like Florida and Las Vegas, and cherishing moments with her family and friends.

Arlene pursued her higher education at Bergen Community College. She dedicated her career to Valley Hospital, where she served as a phlebotomist and a phlebotomy instructor, leaving a lasting impact on her colleagues and students.

Arlene was the beloved wife of the late Carl J. Rizzo and the loving mother of Marie Ludlam and her husband Jim Ludlam and Carl J. Rizzo Jr and his wife Michelle Rizzo.  Loving sister of Art Falk and his wife Madonna She was also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Sophia and Keira.  Also remembered and loved by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Arlene will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
