Penniman, devoted mother of David, Bruce and the late Kent Penniman, dear sister of Mason and Robert Downing, loving grandmother of five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Funeral service at Riewerts Memorial Home Inc., 187 So. Washington Ave., Bergenfield, NJ on Sunday at 8PM. Cremation will be private. The family will receive friends on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
