Charles B. Baldwin

Charles Bancroft Baldwin, 65, of Bergenfield NJ, passed away on 6/26/2022. He was born to parents Robert Baldwin and Natalie Baldwin, on 03/01/1957 in Teaneck, NJ.

He graduated from Bergenfield High School in 1975. He won best in show for his Itaglio print “Sun and Cliffs.” He also won 1st, 2nd and 4th place in the NJ Society of Architects Craftsman’s Fair. 

Charles worked as a Carpenter and owned a cleaning service before retiring. 

He enjoyed fishing, playing the drums, making pottery, listening to music but most of all spending time with family. He loved playing his drum with his Sugar Shack friends. 

Charles is survived by his daughter Alyssa Baldwin. His grandson Jayden Charles Baldwin. His sister Karen Carpenter. His brother in law David Carpenter. His niece Victoria Carpenter and her daughter Verona Stuteville.  His nephew Cade Carpenter and wife Rachel. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Natalie Baldwin. His aunt Yvonne Baldwin. His brothers John and Robert Baldwin Jr. 

“Charlie” touched the lives and hearts of everyone who knew him. He loved being a Dad to his “one and only”. He adored his Grandson Jayden. He was so proud to be a father and Grandpa. He cherished his brothers and sister. He had a smile that lit up the room and he loved sharing memories of his Sugar Shack friends.

He will be missed by so many.
