Dom DeDio “Pop”, age 84 passed away peacefully on February 19th at Holy Name Hospital.  He was born August 31, 1938 to Rose and Salvatore, he was a loving son and devoted big brother to his sister MaryAnn.  Dom married Rose in 1960, they bought their first and forever home in Bergenfield.  On February 28th, they’ll be married 63 years.

Together with hard work and love they raised Debbie, Donald and Diane.  Dom was an enthusiastic coach and spectator, he could always be found at the Little League field or watching a game! He provided unwavering support and love. (Just not to the referees!) He was a great role model to his nieces and nephews and will be truly missed by his cousins.

Dom was deeply loved by his family, Rose, Deb, Don, Anne, Diane and Rich.  His greatest joy was being Pop to Lauren, Samantha, Carmine, Danielle, Donnie, Frankie, Richie, Dana and Nicole.  He could be counted on to be anywhere they were, he never missed an event.

Dom truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, being with his family, enjoying a great beach day or spending time with Joe C. and Joe M., friends for over 75 years.  His legacy of being a true family man with live on through all of us.
