Doris M. Conover

Doris M. Conover (nee Dickersen), 70, of Bergenfield passed away on November 12, 2014. Born in Hackensack she was raised in Teaneck. She graduated Teaneck High School in 1962. She was a homemaker, worked as a Bookkeeper for Grand Union in Foster Village and retired in 2011 as a Manager for Rite Aid in Englewood after 27 years of service. She also enjoyed teaching Sunday School at St. John's Church for several years. Devoted wife of George F. Conover, Sr. Beloved mother of Catherine Rauth and her husband Carl, Shawn Conover and his wife Elana Vardy, Heather Feliciano and her husband Christopher, George F. Conover, Jr. and his wife Marina Cole and Patricia Petersen and her late husband Bruce. Loving grandmother of Octavia, Sebastian, Kyrianna and Atara. Dear sister of Caryl Kane and Lynn Burza. Visiting on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave. Bergenfield. All will gather at the funeral home on Monday at 9 AM for the Funeral Mass at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Bergenfield at 10 AM. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.
