Frederick Neill Jr. 79, passed away on October 28, 2017 with family surrounding him. He lived in Manchester, and formerly of Flanders, and New Milford, NJ. He was born to the late Mr. and Mrs. Fred Neill of Bergenfield, NJ. Husband to the late Peggy Neill. He was a devoted and caring father to Kim Neill and Kerrie Anne Marchese and her husband John. He was a wonderful grandfather to Sandra Lee, Allyssa Anne, Brian and Antonio. Survived by his sister Alice Neill and his father in law John Gondola, special brother in law to Kathy and Paul, Reese and Carol, Tommy and Mary, Del and Sue, Kenny and Marcie, Thurman and Kathryn, Ray and the late Sarah and survived by many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his sisters Jean, Helen and Ethel and brother Walter. He proudly served our country in The United States Navy. He worked at The Bergen Record, where he met his beautiful bride, who passed 8 years ago, and are reunited again. He loved Nascar, sports and relaxing to Irish music. He was a kind friend to all and will be truly missed by all that knew him. Visiting at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave., Bergenfield on Wednesday 4-8 PM with a Funeral service at 8 PM. Cremation will be private. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to The American Cancer Society.
