Gladys R. Acosta of Northvale, NJ passed away on September 6, 2016. Born in Chimbote, Peru, she was a Cashier for Burger King in New Milford. She was a member of the Legion of Mary in Peru. Devoted wife of Vicente Acosta. Beloved mother of Jorge, Vicente, Henry, Jenny and Cecilia Acosta. Loving grandmother of 5 grandchildren. Dear sister of Maria Lazo, Dora Carbajal, Sylvia Carmichael, Olga Torres, Carlos Olivera and the late Lilly Carranza. Visiting on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave. Bergenfield. All will meet at the funeral home on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 9 AM for the Funeral Mass at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Bergenfield at 10 AM. Interment George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
