Jerome Burdy, of New Milford, peacefully passed away on October 22, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Jacqueline Burdy. Devoted father of Jerry Burdy (Carolyn) and Theresa Burdy. Loving brother to Thomas Burdy. Devoted grandfather to Brianne McGowan (Michael), Patrick Burdy and Casey Burdy. Jerome worked for the borough of Bergenfield and is a retiree of the Bergenfield DPW. The funeral will leave Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 S. Washington Avenue, Bergenfield, Wednesday at 10:30am for the funeral Mass at St. John the Evangelist RC Church at 11. Visiting Tuesday, 4-8pm. Cremation will be private.
In lieu of flowers, kindly make a donation to Wounded Warrior Project or a charity of your choice.
