I was so sorry to hear of the passing of John Aversa. I worked for the Aversa family at Manor Petroleum for several years, and of course, knew them from town. It was a pleasure knowing all of you and working at Manor Petroleum. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Aversa family.

To the Family of John A. Aversa, we are saddened to know of the passing of John. We can't say enough about his positive impact in Bergenfield. Even when he moved to Florida he continued to support activities in his beloved community. The bocce league plans to establish a summer bocce tournamet named in his honor. I know we speak for many current and former residents who will miss him. Unfortunately,we will not be able to attend the memorial service on January 9th. We will certainly remember John in our prayers on a regular basis. Bob and Eva Gallione
