John J. Gallaway, Jr.

John J. Gallaway Jr., 70, of Bergenfield NJ,  left this earth on August 16,2020. 

He was a Beloved, loving, gentle Husband, father, brother and friend. His words of wisdom and kindness of heart helped his family and countless others along his journey through this world. He will be joining his parents John Gallaway, Sr. and Nettie Gallaway as his spirit moves on. 

He is survived by loving wife, Sherrell Gallaway. His son, Sean Gallaway, daughter, Candace LaPlaca and son in law Joe LaPlaca. sister Barbara Kerns and brother Ralph Belmont. We are so grateful to have had him bless our lives with his love. 

Due to the Covid restrictions, an intimate ceremony will be held at George Washington Memorial. A celebration of life will be announced and held at a later date. In lieu of flowers or gifts please contribute a donation in his name to the American Heart Association.
