John J. Kelly

John, J. Kelly of Bergenfield passed away on March 10, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Born in County Leitrum Ireland he came to the United States in 1958 and spent the majority of his years in the Bronx, NY. Beloved husband of the late Mary Kelly. Devoted father of Margaret Bloomer, Ann Kelly and Michele Darmochwal and her husband John. Loving grandfather of Kelly, Ashley, Alexis and Nicole. A proud member of Local 32BJ, John was a parishioner of St. John the Evangelist RC Church, Bergenfield. After retirement he was a crossing guard in Bergenfield. Visiting Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave. Bergenfield. All will gather at the funeral home on Thursday at 9 AM for the Funeral Mass at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Bergenfield at 10 AM. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Tenafly. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Bergenfield Volunteer Ambulance Corps. Inc. P.O. Box 72 Bergenfield NJ 07621.
