Guestbook

"His lord said unto him, "Well done, thou good and faithful servant, thou hast Been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord." Jonathan Maylath I lost a friend last week. He wasn't a friend that I saw every day or "hung out" with on a regular basis. Real friends are more than that. When I was around Jon I could be myself, act natural, feel comfortable, relax, and enjoy the scene. He brought that out of people. Wether it was the croquet game in the back yard, tossing frissbees, playing ball in the park next door, or turning hamburgers and jumbo hot dogs on the big grill on those hot summer days Jon was into the situation in his calm and natural manner. I'm going to miss him and no doubt will be thinking of him when similar situations arise. Some of the good things about real friends is the happy memories and images they have planted in your mind and more importantly in your heart. They live in us and are hopefully passed on so that friend is not completely lost. "His lord said unto him, "Well done, thou good and faithful servant; ,thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord." Dear Arline & Family I am so sorry to hear of Jon's passing. I always admired how Jon let his actions speak louder than his words. He was a quiet District Champion. Around the municipal complex, Jon was always ready to lend a hand and always greeted you with a warm smile. I know I share the same feelings as many CP residents and alumni, in that our thoughts and prayers are with you.
