Luigi Mintrone

Luigi (Geno) Mintrone, 72, of Bergenfield passed away on June 1, 2016 surrounded by his family. Luigi was born in Corato, Italy on August 28, 1943 and moved to Bergenfield in 1968. Beloved husband to his wife of 48 years, Guiseppina Mintrone. Devoted father to his children, Angela Armstrong and her husband Frank, Michelle Fitzpatrick and her husband John and Mary Rodriguez and her husband Louis. Loving grandfather to Sarah, Jake, Raven, Marisa, Ashley, Lianna, Domenic and Marc. Visiting Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave. Bergenfield. All will gather at the funeral home on Saturday at 10 AM for the Funeral Mass at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Bergenfield at 11 AM. Entombment George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
