Please accept my condolences on the passing of your dear mother and grandmother. Marilyn was a valuable member of the South Presbyterian Church always ready to lend a hand with a smile and energy. She was also an active participant and friend to our Cancer Support and GriefShare Groups. Marilyns smile, laughter, and unique insight will be dearly missed. Personally I will miss seeing my Greeter Buddy each Sunday. I pray you find peace with fond memories.

Tracey & Tommy & families, my deepest sympathy to all of you. Marilyn May have been such an important part of South Presbyterian Church, FAITH FOUNDATION & Lake Gerard & had such love in her heart for family but to me she was my dearest friend & I will miss her enormously every day for the remainder of my life until our merciful Lord Jesus reunites us in friendship once again. Her suffering is over as she finds the joy of heaven among loved ones whove gone before her. I love you dearest friend, Marilyn!, Robin

Lora, what you have said about Marilyn is so true. She did all of these things and more, and I am sure, much that we do not know about. She followed in the footsteps of Mae Ashenbrand in the kitchen, yes and the Fall Fairs were set up perfectly. I will always remember her for being at the early Easter Dawn Services, never missed. Then Easter morning she would have the auditorium set up with Easter coffee hour- not just one cake but 4 or more. She was a trouper, one we will miss very much.God bless you Marilyn, for all that you have done for the church, for your family and friends.

Dear Marilyn, Hard to think of you not sitting in "your pew" on a Sunday. I know how you loved to be the driving force of the rest of us getting it right. Each week you would either be signed up or fill in as needed on the fly so worship would go as planned. You could be found at the door as the Greeter or perhaps be an usher. You served communion or hosted many, many Coffee Hours. You ran that kitchen and kept it in order for years. Lets not forget the Fall Fairs with your team in the Tea Room to serve a great lunch. You attended countless meetings, fundraisers and events, always ready to work! Now you have earned the time to rest. Know that I will think of you often and try to be the person you were in service. God bless you and keep you...till we meet again. Lora (Shady) Schade
