Steven Leitgeb

LEITGEB, Steven John, 59, of Teaneck, died suddenly Christmas night. Steve was born in Manhattan, New York but his family moved to New Jersey when he was a teenager. He was the beloved son of the late Frank (Bonko) Leitgeb and the late Marion Robinson Leitgeb. Steve had three loving sisters, Frances, Kathy and the late Carol Leitgeb. He was uncle to Chris, Jeffrey and the late Charlie Rode of New Jersey, Justin and Jennifer Gurksnis of New Hampshire and John Doore of Alaska and great uncle to Jesse and Jayna Rode of New Jersey and William and Isabella Gurksnis of New Hampshire. All the children loved being with their Uncle Steve. Steve also loved animals, movies, music and video games. He was a beautiful soul taken from us too soon. Visiting will be 3-5 and 7-9pm, Wednesday at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 S. Washington Ave, Bergenfield.
