Theodore R. Hasert

Theodore R. Hasert (November 25th, 1938 - June 16th, 2022) Passed away in his home Thursday morning. Survived by his beloved wife, Rita and devoting children, Dawn and fiancé Ray, Donna, Fred and wife Lisa. Theodore was blessed with grandchildren, Samantha and husband Steve, Terrence, Liam, Jake, Shannon, Natalie and his great-grandson, Elliot. Teddy enjoyed spending time with his family and hunting with friends. He was a pioneer for Bell Atlantic for 47 years and a long time resident of Dumont. Teddy touched many lives with his kind and generous soul. He will be missed by all. Family is open to visitation at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 S. Washington Avenue, Bergenfield on Friday June 17th from 4-8pm and Saturday from 8-9am, followed by the Funeral Mass at St. Mary's Church, Dumont at 9:30am and closing prayer at Cedar Lawn Crematory, Paterson at 11am.
