Vincenzina Plotino

Vincenzina Plotino, 90, of Bergenfield, NJ, passed away November 19, 2019, with her family by her side.

Vincenzina was born and raised in Corato, Italy, where she met and fell in love with her late devoted husband, Saverio Plotino. They happily married and started an admirable life together in America, where they created their loving family: late daughter Ann, son Vincent and wife Gina, daughter Ida and husband Allen, and daughter Frances and wife Jennifer.   Vincenzina was a cherished grandmother to Paul (Diane), Stephanie (Michael), Samantha (Thomas), and Anthony; and great grandmother to Maxwell and Lucas.

Vincenzina’s family was her passion and greatest joy. She was immensely proud of her family and leaves behind beautiful memories. She offered a mother’s type of love to all who met her, and her compassionate, loving heart made everyone feel unconditionally loved and always cared for.

She is remembered for affectionately cooking her family’s favorite comfort foods, as she also loved to entertain and host parties for all the family celebrations.

She had a strong sense of humor and a deep love for shared laughter with her family, which kept her spirit young. Her love and laughter will be be sorely missed.

All will gather Thursday November 21st at St. Johns RC Church 29 No. Washington Ave Bergenfield at 9:45 AM for the Funeral Mass at 10 AM.
