Virginia S. McGovern of Dumont passed away on March 27, 2015. Beloved wife of Richard McGovern. Loving daughter of Raymond and Elizabeth Sauter and daughter-in-law of Margaret McGovern. Dear sister of Barbara Mortenson and husband Jerome of Cedar Grove, Ellen Zuban and husband Roberto of West Milford, and Ray Sauter of Ridgefield Park. Cherished aunt of Rob Zuban of San Francisco and Jessica Zuban of West Milford. She was a loving homemaker, volunteer of the Bergenfield Museum Society and editor of their official newsletter. An avid gardener she was a devoted owner to her pet dog Stax. Visiting at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave., Bergenfield on Friday 4-8 PM. Funeral service at the funeral home on Saturday at 10 AM. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Bergenfield Museum Society P.O. Box 95 Bergenfield NJ 07621.
