My condolences to the family.
My fondest memories of Walter are at the Election Polls. He was always so gracious, escorting us to our booth! And our chats with him after...telling us of his trips, cruises, Florida, with his beloved, Elaine and "bragging" about his grandchildren. He was so proud of them!! May he rest in peace. And may Our Dear Lord be with you all as you go through this most difficult time.
Love and Prayers, Doris Rios

Dear Elaine, Jeff, Lynn, Paul, Paul Anthony and Allisa,
I have been blessed to have known Walter since I was 16 years old! He was a proud man who walked the righteous path through life. He was truly blessed with a good life full of love, laughter, joy and his proudest accomplishments in his life was his wife and family. Sadly, he has left us, but I truly believe he felt Life is the best party I have ever been invited to.
Sending all my love and support during this difficult time. Love you all, Colleen
